Our asset management team is involved in all stages of the real estate investment process to ensure that our underwriting is based on realistic assumptions and to continuously evaluate leasing and capital investment strategies. As a first priority, we meet with key tenants, understand concerns, and identify suitable opportunities to add value that retain and attract tenants. Our team ensures successful execution of the asset plan through coordinating with local property managers, architects and engineers, contractors and leasing agents. In this manner, APL's asset management team strives to maximize occupancy and cash flow.
