and through them we have created a successful organization
and a platform for personal and career growth

BEST-IN-CLASS COMPANY

APL is one of the top privately held real estate investment, development and asset management firms in Asia

FLAT STRUCTURE

We are a tight-knit company with a collegial environment – new ideas are encouraged from everyone and teamwork is essential to our success

ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET

As a privately held company, APL is more than just a traditional real estate investor. We have the flexibility to seek new opportunities wherever they arise

Firm Overview

Asia Pacific Land is a privately held real estate and renewable energy investment, development and asset management firm. Headquartered in Hong Kong and operating globally, APL engages in the full life-cycle of real estate investing: deal sourcing, structuring and financing, asset management, development and redevelopment, investor relations, and ultimately a sale or other exit. Founded in 1994, we have over 20 years of experience investing our own and our partners’ capital and providing solutions at the property level.

APL has built its business through reinvestment of its own capital. It invests its balance sheet capital; it is not a fund. As we are not required to deploy capital during any particular period, APL is able to focus on the most extraordinary opportunities available at any given point in time. We are opportunistic and seek to invest in unique or special situations. Transaction size varies and includes assets with values over US$1 billion. We leverage our broad sourcing network to acquire most assets in off-market transactions.

We have eight locations: Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taipei, Shanghai, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Denver. As a member of APL, you would have the opportunity to work with an international team.

We offer rewarding employment opportunities for individuals who have exceptional ability and the experience we seek. If you are energetic, self-motivated and ready to take up new challenges, please send us your resume:
