SHIBA PARK BUILDING

  • Built in 1982, the Shiba Park Building is a landmark office asset often associated with the size of its floor plates (nearly 6,000 square meters of contiguous space, one of the largest in Tokyo) and the unique structure of the building resembling that of a battleship. The asset is commonly referred to as the “Battleship” or “Gunkan” Building in Japan.
