He has 12 years of real estate development, management, leasing, brokerage and finance experience with Nomura Real Estate Development. At Nomura, he spearheaded the first retail development project structured with Western style finance in Japan. Mr. Hirayama holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from Kobe University, and an MBA in Finance from Leicester University. He also holds a Japanese Real Estate Brokerage License (Takken Shunin). He is fluent in English.
