He has 14 years of Real Estate Development and Corporate Finance experience with Sumitomo Realty and Development. He has developed a comprehensive understanding and mastery in Underwriting, Acquisitions, and Asset Management through his days at da Vinci Advisors. After accumulating a running total of 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, Mr. Nakamura joined APL in 2003 as Asset Manager and was appointed to Head of Asset Management in Fall of 2005. He received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Waseda University
